When you’ve been servicing homeowners with all their fencing requirements for over 30 years you tend to get very good at it. Grasan Fencing is a family-run business that prides itself producing high-quality fences and gates locally. Our products are Australian made by a small team who have been with Grasan, in some cases, for over 20 years. We service the Sutherland Shire, St George District and East Suburbs areas in Sydney and are happy to visit you to discuss your project.

After taking our measurements we manufacture your order in our purpose-built factory which which means our installation causes minimal disruption to your site. We have many years experience working with local council so we ensure you’re project meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

POWDER COATING SERVICE

Consistent with our goal to produce our products locally, we maintain a modern powder-coating facility. This allows us to maintain control over our production timelines and improve our time-to-installation.

We also offer this service to the public for other projects such as resurfacing outdoor furniture or renovating various metal products. This process rejuvinates the surface and ensures continued protection to weathering and salt spray.

     Surface preparation

    First we clean and rinse the surface to ensure there is no residue that may affect the adherence of the polyester.

     Powder coating

    The process is very simple – each item to be painted is electrically charged which the attracts the polyester powder coating and ensure an even coverage.

     Baking

    The coated items are then baked so that the polyester melts and creates a hard covering.
